Timothy M. Stolz, CPA, MST

Tim is a Certified Public Accountant with over ten years of accounting, tax, and financial services experience.  He earned a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from Towson University as well as  Master's of Science in Taxation from American University.  Tim brings a well-rounded and extensive background of tax planning and compliance for local, national and international businesses as well as individuals, trusts, non-profits, and estates.  Tim enjoys the challenge of minimizing clients tax liabilities today while consulting and advising clients on long term financial and cash flow strategies for the business and personal goals.  Additionally, Tim is experienced with business succession planning including the purchase and sale of private businesses.  

Before becoming a Partner at C.M.B. Accounting, Tim led the construction accounting group of MKS&H in their Frederick and Baltimore County offices and has been involved in the accounting and strategic planning for  a family business.  Tim is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Maryland Association of CPAs.  He is currently serving as Treasurer for the Delaplaine Visual Arts Educations Center.  

 

Corinne M. Bradac, CPA, CFP®

Corinne is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner™.  She earned a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from Auburn University.  With 10 years of audit experience followed by 30 years of tax and accounting experience, Corinne specializes in comprehensive planning and compliance for individuals, businesses, non-profits, estates, and trusts. Her objective is to combine your personal goals into a comprehensive plan that develops lifetime objectives. 

Corinne is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Maryland Association of CPAs and the Estate Planning Council of Frederick County.  She also serves on the Planned Gift Committee for Frederick Memorial Hospital.  As a graduate of Leadership Frederick County, she is concerned with the success of living and working in the Frederick community. She has served on the Board of Directors of Frederick County’s Academy of Finance and Executive Board for Celebrate Frederick.

 

Greg Will, CPA/PFS, CFP®, MST, CFE

 

Greg is a Certified Public Accountant and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNNER™ with over ten years of financial services and tax experience.  He earned a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting and a Master's of Science in Taxation from the University of Baltimore.  Greg focuses on financial and tax planning for high net worth individuals, their closely held businesses, and their trusts and estates.  Among many areas of expertise Greg has a niche practice in stock options planning and advising for option recipients.  Greg has a passion for minimizing clients’ taxes so that they can keep more of their hard-earned money, he enjoys the challenge of incorporating advanced tax planning into holistic financial plans for clients.

Greg is a member of several professional organizations, regularly presents seminars for professional groups, and has served as an expert witness.  Greg enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two sons, and is expecting a third son soon.

 

Angela M. Cooper, CPA

Angie is a graduate of Elizabethtown College where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.  She began her career in public accounting providing tax return preparation, accounting services, financial statement preparation and payroll services.  In 1995, she transitioned to the private sector holding various financial positions in manufacturing and distribution companies.  She returned to public accounting in 2011 and concentrates on small business accounting and tax preparation.  She is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of CPAs.

 

Hannah Cooper Coyle

Hannah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Agriculture. She joined CMB Accounting full time in January 2018 after working with the firm on a part-time basis for the prior two years. Hannah provides accounting and administrative assistance to the firm and its clients. She is integral to the successful delivery of superior client service
